At Blue Entry Global, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, we will work with you to make it right. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
If you cancel your order before work has begun (i.e., before we have received and started processing your document), you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, email us at info@blueentryglobal.com with your order reference as soon as possible.
Work typically begins within 2–4 hours of receiving your document during business hours. We recommend cancelling promptly if you change your mind.
After work has begun but before delivery: A partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work remaining. Contact us to discuss your situation.
After delivery: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation, we will revise the document free of charge. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery with specific details of the issues found.
Refund after delivery: Refunds after delivery are granted only if we are unable to produce an accurate translation after a revision attempt. We do not issue refunds for document rejection by third-party institutions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., institution-specific formatting requirements not disclosed at the time of order).
Before work begins: Full refund if requested before we begin the research and writing process.
After delivery: The business plan package includes 1 revision. If you are not satisfied after the revision, you may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the amount paid, at our discretion, depending on the work completed.
Refund requests for business plans must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
